What Is the DOCS OCD Screener?

The Dimensional Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (DOCS) is an evidence-based OCD assessment developed by OCD researchers to evaluate common dimensions of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Unlike many brief online OCD tests, the DOCS assesses several forms of OCD symptoms, including contamination fears, intrusive taboo thoughts, checking and responsibility fears, and ‘just right’ or symmetry-related symptoms. The DOCS also evaluates avoidance, distress, compulsions, and how much OCD symptoms interfere with daily functioning.
