Giorgio Fabbri, LISW, LCSWAbout
Clinical training and personal experience with mental health struggles both shape how I work.
I resonate with the outliers, free-spirited, creatives of all stripes. My approach is careful, direct, and based in the belief that human suffering makes sense once it is understood in context.
my storyI was born and raised in Lucca, Italy, and moved to the United States in 2013. I am trained and licensed as a clinical social worker in the US, with a focus on anxiety, OCD, trauma, and complex emotional difficulties.
I spent 20 years in the film industry as a producer and screenwriter. I often draw on the language of stories and archetypes to understand psychological patterns in accessible ways.
Outside of my clinical work, I am a husband and father. I value intellectual honesty, curiosity, and the willingness to revise beliefs when evidence changes.
