Not everything that hurts is a disorder. Much of anxiety and depression is a symptom of disconnection from meaning, community, and by cultural messages that equate worth with productivity and optimization. I am attentive to how therapy can sometimes feel fake, driven by buzzwords or performative compassion.
I offer virtual evidence-based therapy for clients located anywhere in Indiana, including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend, Carmel, Bloomington, Lafayette, Muncie, and surrounding areas.
