Therapy for OCD, anxiety, trauma, and depression in Indiana
Mental health symptoms can make life smaller. Anxiety, OCD, trauma, and depression can pull people into overthinking, avoidance, intrusive thoughts, emotional shutdown, or constant self-monitoring.
I provide online therapy for adults in Indiana who want more than reassurance or short-term relief. My work is evidence-based, radically non-judgmental, and focused on helping people move toward real change.
Evidence-based therapy with radical non-judgment
My approach integrates ERP, CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based therapy, and values-based work. The goal is to help you relate differently to fear, uncertainty, emotion, memory, and behavior.
That may include learning how to face avoided situations, reduce compulsions, tolerate uncertainty, process trauma, regulate emotions, or reconnect with values that have been pushed aside by symptoms.
It’s not about feeling better for an hour after therapy. It’s about getting better.
I offer virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in Indiana, including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend, Carmel, Bloomington, Lafayette, Muncie, and surrounding areas.
Telehealth can be a good fit for people who want specialized therapy but do not have easy access to an OCD, anxiety, or trauma-focused clinician nearby. Indiana law requires clinicians to be properly licensed in Indiana to provide telehealth services to Indiana clients.
