  • Therapy focuses on building the ability to respond intentionally instead of impulsively to break free of dysfunctional relationship patterns.

  • Therapy provides a radically non-judgmental space to understand the cycle and build a healthier relationship with emotions, intimacy, and sexuality.

  • Focusing on therapies such as DBT that are structured around building a life worth living through real behavioral change, not temporary emotional relief.

  • Using evidence-based approaches including EMDR to help the nervous system process traumatic experiences instead of continuing to relive them.

Born and raised in Italy and trained in the United States, I bring both an evidence-based clinical approach and an outside perspective on mental health. Much of modern distress is treated as individual failure when it is also shaped by culture, isolation, and disconnection from meaning.

OCD, trauma, panic, depression, and emotional dysregulation can become profoundly life-limiting. My approach combines research-supported interventions with space for complexity and uncertainty. Some sessions are practical and skills-based. Others involve slowing down enough to understand the patterns, fears, and beliefs organizing a person’s life.
